What to expect within our holiday clubs Each day on our Holiday Club will be packed full of sports, games and craft activities no matter what the theme day is, we will always offer variety and an alternative choice for your children. We welcome children's arrival between 8am and 9am, where our team leaders will then welcome you and get you signed in. Children's pick-up time is then between 4pm and 5pm and last collection is 5pm. One bag containing; + A lunchbox - Please provide your child(ren) with a packed lunch and plenty of drinks for throughout the day - we suggest a refillable water bottle and we will be able to help them refill this during the day. (We operate a nut free school policy) + Appropriate and spare clothing (please plan for all weathers) and footwear (trainers) and a coat, as we spend as much time outside as possible. Please ensure all items of clothing are named so we are able to return any lost property. + Any medication that will be needed throughout the day. Please make our staff aware of medical needs and medication provided on drop off so we can monitor this throughout the day. Only medication that is Doctor prescribed is allowed to be administered to children during the holiday club day. A form must also be completed upon arrival. + Your child(ren) are able to bring scooters and helmets for all venues - no helmet, no scooting! Please ensure all scooters are in good repair and working order. Please note the scooter areas are not suitable for bikes. + Please note we do not allow children to bring mobile phones or any electronic devices to our holiday clubs. + If your child brings any personal items such as fidget toys, teddies, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items

Monday 23rd - Inclusive Sports
Inclusive sports help young people to learn skills together and discover more about each other’s similarities rather than differences.
Tuesday 24th - Hogwarts
Wizard and witches, jump on your broom stick and fly on down to Holiday club. Let the sorting hat choose your house, mix up some potions and spells and take part in a game of quidditch
Wednesday 25th - Reduce, Reuse Recycle
Junk modelling is a creative activity that involves turning waste items into art. Saves you milk bottles and cereal boxes and let’s get creative!
Thursday 26th- Circus day
Roll up, roll up… let us take the high ropes in gymnastics and become acrobats, be as funny as clowns and take the stage for our talent show
Friday 27th- Rugby World Cup
Let’s learn about rugby and celebrate the end of the rugby world cup.
Monday 30th- Team building Day
Everything is awesome…

Tuesday 31st- TB SPORT Spooky Spectacular
Join us for a TB SPORT spooky spectacular party.
Fancy dress, Halloween games and disco!
Wednesday 1st - Diwali
Learn about the festival of light.
Storytelling, Rangoli patterns and create you own lantern to take home.
Thursday 2nd- Soccer School/Dance Academy
Take part in our famous Academy days on site for those football enthusiast and creative dancers!
Friday 3rd- Glow in the dark/ Fire work
Bright colours are what we want for the last day of October half term! Lets try some glow in the dark dodgeball and make some firework crafts!
